Burger Fusion is operated by MSH23 LLC. Our restaurant is at 544 S 700 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84102. This policy explains what we collect on burgerfusion.com and what we do with it.
What we collect. If you sign up for our Birthday Club, we collect your first name, your mobile phone number, and the month and day of your birthday. We do not collect your birth year. If you contact us by email or phone, we keep what you send us. Like most websites, our host records basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you visit.
How we use it. We use your name and birthday to send you a birthday reward. We use your phone number to send you that reward and occasional news about Burger Fusion. We use the technical information to keep the site working and to understand which pages people use.
Text messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send you the messages you signed up for. You can stop those messages at any time by replying STOP. Our full SMS Terms are on the SMS Terms page.
Who else touches your information. We use a customer messaging platform to store your Birthday Club signup and send the texts, and a text messaging carrier to deliver them. Those companies only handle your information in order to provide that service to us. When you place an order, book a table, or buy a gift card, you leave our site and use a separate company's website, and their own privacy policy applies. Those companies are OpenTable for reservations, DoorDash for delivery, and Heartland for online ordering and gift cards.
Cookies. We use only the cookies needed to make the site work. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Children. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices. You can ask us to delete your Birthday Club information at any time by emailing mike@burgerfusion.com, and we will remove it.
