By entering your mobile number in the Birthday Club form on this website and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Burger Fusion at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

What you will receive. A confirmation text when you sign up, a text with your free dessert reward around your birthday, and occasional texts about Burger Fusion specials and events.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Most members receive fewer than four messages per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Burger Fusion does not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed right away. You will get one message confirming that you have been removed, and then nothing further.

Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
